If you feel sad, hopeless, or have a lack of energy or interest in activities that were once enjoyable, you may be suffering from depression. It can also manifest as physical symptoms such as changes in appetite, fatigue, and trouble sleeping. Don’t suffer in isolation. Therapy can be helpful in treating depression by providing support, understanding, and coping strategies. Therapy can help you experience improved mood, increased motivation, and a greater sense of hope and wellbeing.

Many adults struggle with their past. We can help individuals work through these issues and change their relationship to their childhood trauma so that they have higher self esteem. You can achieve an overall sense of peace, contentment and ease.
