What problem do you strive to overcome?

People often seek out counselling when they feel stuck or overwhelmed. I am passionate about helping people move forward by identifying patterns of coping that are holding you back. Sometimes these patterns are rooted in childhood and sometimes they emerge as ways of managing current relationships or circumstances.

I use culturally sensitive, holistic wellness approaches. I have experience servicing diverse populations including adult individuals, veterans, immigrants, couples and families, who are suffering from a range of challenges, mental health, life transition and relational issues.

Together through understanding depression, anxiety, loss, marital conflicts, intimacy issues and socio-emotional developmental needs we find strategies and processes to organize and heal what is keeping you stuck so that you can move forward and live life with ease.

Experience:

I started as a Yoga practitioner at 18 years old and through José Silva’s Mind control philosophy, Graaf’s Holotropic Breathwork and Neurolinguistic programming I continue my journey to explore the realms of the human psyche and stay connected to the higher self, integrating all other parts of my self in the process we call life.

Today I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and I help individuals overcome their issues, regain control over their life outcomes and live their lives with dignity and joy.
